Bid Invitation for External Audit Consultancy Service

 INVITATION TO BID      Bid No. Ethio-Re 0002/2023/4

  1. This is to solicit expression of interest from interested competitors having relevant experience in the field of providing External Audit Consultancy Services.
  2. All consultants should provide valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, VAT registration certificate, Valid Tax clearance certificate.
  1. All consultants should provide Valid competence certificate or other relevant partnership Certificate.
  1. The bid remains floating three weeks calendar days effective from August 20, 2023 up to September 14, 2023 and it will be closed on September 14, 2023 at 2:00PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:30PM at Ethiopian-Re office. Bids presented by any supplier after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
  2. The External Audit Consultancy Services detail RFP can be collected in person from Ethio-Re office during the bid floating period from August 20, 2023 to September 14, 2023.
  3. Sealed bids must be marked as “for providing of External Audit Consultancy Services Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company” original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in a separate wax-sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address specified below and placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before September 14, 2023 at 2:00PM.

  • Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Eth. Birr 2,000.00 (Two thousand birr only) in the form of CPO.
  1. Failure to submit a bid containing all the required information and documentation within the deadline specified lead to the rejection of the bid.
  • Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of this bid.
