Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company (Ethio-Re) continues the formulation of its Third Strategic Plan 2026–2031, supporting the company’s strategic direction toward the achievement of its Vision 2030/31, with the professional facilitation and technical support of the Zamara Consulting Team.
As part of this strategic planning journey, Ethio-Re successfully conducted the second and third stakeholder consultation sessions, bringing together executives and senior representatives from general and life insurance operations, finance and investment, and shareholder insurance brokers.
The consultations provided an important platform for constructive dialogue, knowledge exchange, and stakeholder engagement. Participants shared valuable insights, experiences, expectations, and perspectives to support the development of a strategic plan that responds to the evolving needs of Ethiopia’s insurance and reinsurance industry.
Key discussions explored industry developments, stakeholder expectations, opportunities for collaboration, service improvement, innovation, and sustainable business growth. These engagements are intended to strengthen partnerships and contribute to the effective implementation of Ethio-Re’s Strategic Plan 2026–2031.
