- This is to solicit expression of interest from interested competitors having relevant experience in the field of supplying and installing of “server computer“.
- All bidders should provide valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged ,VAT registration certificate ,Valid Tax clearance certificate ,dealer certificate or other relevant partnership Certificate.
- The bid remains for floating three weeks calendar days effective from February4,2024 up to February 26,2024 and it will be closed on February 26,2024 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM at Ethiopian-Re office.
- Bids presented by any supplier after the closing date & time shall not be accepted.
- The Server computer detail RFP can be collected in person from Ethio-Re office during the bid floating period from February 4,2024 to February 26,2024.
- Sealed bids must be marked as “for supplying and installing of server computer for Ethiopian Reinsurance share company “original and copy of Technical and Financial proposals in a separate wax-sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address specified below and placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before February 26,2024 at 2:00 PM.Ethiopian Reinsurance share company Betiwoded Bahiru commercial center building 6th floor in front of oromiya regional state office adjacent to Dembel city center. - Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to Birr 2,000.00(Two thousand birr only)in the form of CPO.
- Failure to submit a bid containing all the required information and documentation with in the deadline specified lead to the rejection of the bid.
- Ethiopian Reinsurance Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject all parts of this bid
